"Fullest Potential" Recognizes Effort, Consistent Work at Endeavor
Endeavor Elementary School's "Fullest Potential Awards" is a tradition of celebrating exceptional dedication and hard work. The community recently honored their most committed students.

“There's more to success than making the honor roll or receiving the highest grade,” explains Patricia Constable, assistant principal. “There's something to be said about doing your best and making huge strides in your learning. That's what this program is all about - commending students for their dedication to learning.”

The award is given each semester, with each staff member having the option of nominating one student who they feel has really worked to their fullest potential. The students are honored at a celebration breakfast, attended by their parents.

“We feel this is a great way to encourage these students to keep putting forth their best effort, to know that the end result is worth their time and energy,” adds Constable.
