Community Advisory: East Freshman Site of Dec. 28 Police Training
In an ongoing effort to partner with local law enforcement in the interest of student safety, Lakota East Freshman is opening up its doors for an all-day police training on Wednesday, Dec. 28.
The Butler County Sheriff’s Office will lead a special training of their K-9 units, alongside other county police departments. The school provides an ideal space to simulate a variety of K-9 response scenarios that might take place in schools and other public domains.
Besides student-athletes reporting to a dedicated space for practices, the general public is advised to stay off the premises. Questions may be directed to East Freshman School Resource Officer Todd Cordes at firstname.lastname@example.org.
