Lakota 2020-2021 Quality Profile coverLakota Local Schools is proud to share with the community its 2020-2021 Quality Profile. This annual publication, mailed to every household and business in both West Chester and Liberty townships, is designed to provide highlights from the previous school year in light of major priorities and areas of focus driving our daily work.

Typically released in the fall in conjunction with the Ohio Department of Education’s annual report card, the Quality Profile highlights metrics and areas of education not assessed by the State.

“This is a particularly special Quality Profile, as it looks back on a school year marked by the most unusual circumstances,” said Lakota Superintendent Matthew Miller. “Our staff and students made the best of a very challenging situation and were the reason we were able to keep our doors open for in-person learning all year long even in the face of COVID. I am so proud of the entire Lakota community and this publication is a celebration of all that we accomplished together.”

The Quality Profile is organized around the four pillars of Lakota’s strategic plan, including: WE are Personalized; WE are Future Ready; WE are Fiscally Responsible; and WE are In This Together. Content focuses on the previous year’s accomplishments, but also hints at what is “coming up” this school year.
