As part of its ongoing efforts to build community support around early literacy, Lakota Superintendent Matthew Miller will be hosting “Storytime & Supper with the Superintendent.”

“I’m all for doing anything that’s going to get our students excited about and motivated by reading,” MIller said. “It’s an added bonus to see our local businesses supporting and investing  in the cause, too.”

Beginning March 20, on the third Tuesday of each month, Lakota elementary students are invited to O’Charley’s Restaurant (7866 Tylersville Road in West Chester), where children 10 and under eat free. From 6:30 - 8 p.m., students can enjoy a meal and hear Superintendent Miller share one of his favorite stories.
