Lakota Launches Back-to-School Gateway for E-Forms

As a convenience to all our K-12 families, Lakota is excited to introduce Back-to-School Gateway, a new platform powered by Registration Gateway for managing your REQUIRED district-level back-to-school forms electronically. 

For a limited time, instead of completing the traditional paper forms required of all K-12 students, visit the Gateway to electronically verify or correct information the district currently has on file for you and your chil
d(ren), including:


  • Emergency contacts

  • Medical information

  • Authorizations for internet and device usage

  • Parent/guardian contact information for all school-to-home communication
    Important Note: The changes you make in the Gateway will also update your Home Access Center account, the primary data source for all parent/guardian contact information moving forward. As Lakota transitions to a new notification system, the parent portal powered by School Messenger will no longer be used to update contact information and preferences after Sept. 10, 2021.

The Gateway platform is available from your Lakota OneLogin parent account. Once in the Gateway, you will be able to review and update pre-filled information in each child’s profile. 

For the 2021-2022 school year, it is critically important to log in and complete this process no later than Friday, Sept. 10. The Gateway will not be available after this date.
